PUBLIC NOTICE

The Governing Board of the Valley Academy for Career and Technology Education District 1, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended, hereby gives notice that it will hold its regular meetings on the following dates, at the following time and place(s):

DATE:  First Tuesday of the Month

PLACE:  3405 E. State Route Highway 89A – Building B, Cottonwood, Arizona

TIME:  4:30 p.m.

Notices and Agendas of the meetings will be posted at www.vacte.com and on the District Office front window.  The respective agenda will be available to the public at such locations not less than 24 hours prior to a meeting, unless the meeting covers an emergency as provided in ARS Section 38-431.02.  Executive sessions may be held by the Governing Board meeting as provided in ARS Section 38-431.03.

Anyone Interested in making a Call to the Public for this meeting is asked to complete a Public Participation at Board Meeting form then present it in person or e-mail to spatton@vacte.com prior to 4:30 p.m. on the date of the board meeting.
