Culinary

For High School Juniors and Seniors.  Students earn 16 college credits during the academic year from Yavapai College as well as high school credits to be applied as electives toward graduation.  Students will earn ServSafe Manager Industry Certification as well as a Yavapai College Culinary Arts Fundamentals Certificate.

Construction

Open to high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors.  Classes will include the study and application of foundations, flooring, framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, sheet rock, windows, doors, cabinetry, blueprint reading, use of hand tools, surveying, and construction math.  Students may earn industry certifications in Forklift Operation, Bobcat Operation, and OSHA 10.

Fire Service

This is a one-year program available to high school seniors.  Students earn 15 Yavapai College credits as well as high school credit.  Students also earn Arizona Firefighter 1 and 2 certification and Hazardous Materials certification.
